1 On 1 Coaching

This plan will include: 

• Check-ins every week with the client including progress pictures.
• Access to WhatsApp communication with me 24/7 for assistance regarding anything related to the program, fitness, or nutrition in general.
• Updates regarding your plans with this 1 on 1 coaching and everything will be tailored to you.
• If you want any changes regarding the plan, feel free to contact me.
• The 1-1 coaching will be offered over 12 weeks, 16 weeks, or 20 weeks.
